HWallet Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-13
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HWallet websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HWallet is designed as a non-custodial interface for TON ecosystem users. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, recovery phrase, transaction approvals, and destination addresses.
1. Eligibility and Compliance
You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using HWallet.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse, or malicious automation.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
HWallet does not take custody of your on-chain assets and cannot recover lost seed phrases or private keys.
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that signed operations may execute immediately after network confirmation.
3. Internal Balance and Optional Features
HWallet Balance is an optional internal product feature intended for micropayments, tasks, tips, and related activity.
Internal balance functionality is independent from your personal non-custodial on-chain wallet. You are responsible for understanding each transfer type before confirming actions.
4. Third-Party Providers and Links
The Service may integrate third-party protocols, dApps, APIs, exchanges, analytics providers, or blockchain explorers. HWallet is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, policies, downtime, smart-contract risk, or external losses.
5. Fees and Network Costs
Certain Service features may have product fees. On-chain actions are also subject to TON network costs and third-party protocol costs.
Fees, routing behavior, and settlement times can vary by network conditions and provider availability.
6. No Financial Advice
Content and metrics shown in HWallet are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
7. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, devices, backup phrases, and session access. Always verify contract addresses and transaction payloads before signing.
8. Service Changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including interfaces, integrations, and roadmap features.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HWallet and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Contact
For legal requests, compliance questions, or Terms notices, contact the HWallet team through official channels.
